Exactly, it would be awesome if he were still here...but I don't think he will ever be fully gone, as long as people still love him and the music.

I know.. When the case was up, and it was a possibility that he would be let out, I couldn't even think straight. I Love John, too, and I'm glad we have parts of his legacy still. Even though I'd much prefer him in person.

Oh, now I see (as far as Wikipedia is trustable) that he's not; Chapman's fifth hearing was on August 12, 2008. He was again denied parole "due to concern for the public safety and welfare".
